F1rst Class productions is a group of three highly talented musicians with an eclectic style.

Producer Johnny Red, Born in Guatemala, is a musician who incorporates digital tools like the MPC and other keyboards to fully express his vision.

Jimmy bLAX brings his pure musicianship to the group and is proficient on several different instruments (Saxophone, keyboards).

Anthony “51” Fossett is the glue that holds all the pieces together with his innate ear for percussion and samples.

We cover a wide range of music styles and produce all genres of music including rap, R&B, pop, jazz, indie-dance, and more. With a constantly evolving sound, we loves to experiment with and cross over into various musical genres.

BACKGROUND

Producer-Songwriter Johnny Red started making beats in high school around 2008. His music influences were very diverse from Mac Dre, Too Short, Snoop Dogg, 2pac, Michael Franks, Sade, Marvin Gaye, and Anita baker. During His freshman year of High school, he enrolled in a program at Youth Radio, where he learned about music production, Graphic Design, Film/Editing, and Radio Hosting.

In 2009, Johnny decided to start a production group with one of his best friends Anthony “51” Fossett whom he met at Youth Radio. Both members prided themselves in top-notch music and service, so they named the group “F1rst Class”. After the tragic death of the founding member Anthony “51” Fossett, Jimmy Blax joined the group to fill in the missing pieces and add his pure musicianship to the group.
